Landsmith Appreciation Fund, LLC

The Landsmith Appreciation Fund was launched in 2009. The fund purchases residential lots in bulk from banks, builders, developers and leverages other sources for deal flow. This fund is closed to new investors.

 

Acquisition Criteria:

Lot Count: 20 – 200

Transaction Size: $250,000 to $2,500,000

Geographical Focus: California, Nevada, Arizona, Washington, Oregon
